Appointments & Cancellations
We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time.
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please call us! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule.
Service Satisfaction
We want you to love your look! If you’re not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere, we kindly ask that only those receiving services remain in the salon.
Children are welcome for scheduled appointments but must be supervised at all times.
